Florida Freight Supply-Chain Intermodal Model (FreightSim): Documentation 

The Florida Freight Supply-Chain Intermodal Modal (FreightSIM) model was developed by RSG for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The purpose of this documentation is to assist users in understanding, setting up, and running the FreightSim Model. The information includes four components:

• What is FreightSim?: An introduction to the FreightSim model. 
• Model Documentation: A description of the FreightSim model and the model development process.
• Users' Guide:  A guide for model users describing the hardware/software, database, and application requirements to run the FreightSim model.
• Policy Analysis "How-To":  A "step-by-step" description of how to configure model inputs and run-time parameters to perform certain types of analysis using examples.
